DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN :Siurana

QUALITY: Extra Virgin Olive oil, superior category.

 

Of an early harvest made of olives arbequinas collected from the tree at the beginning of November and pressed on cold in the same day, a few hours after being collected and selected.

These olives come from exceptional olive trees from the municipal term of El Masroig.

 

TASTING: Predomination of sweets and fruits. Similar tones of green, spicy and sour.

 

ACIDITY: 0,1% oleic acid.

 

PRESENTATION: Bottles of 50 cl.
